This is the only Starbucks that makes the best Coffee. The one on Van Nuys & Blythe - they make horrible coffee. I don't understand why, since it's a chain and supposed to be the same taste & quality...? Anyway, this Starbucks (on Sepulveda & Nordhoff), they make the most delicious drinks and their employee, Kenny, is so nice, polite and professional.

Coffee is always great at Starbucks. There's a very long wait at this restaurant and there is no place to sit down unless you want to sit outside and the chairs were all taken when we were there.

I used to be a regular at this location many years ago but stopped because of the poor customer service. However, I've been coming here recently and the service has greatly improved and the drinks taste better. Can only speak for the morning, but Rosa and Annie were very friendly and attentive. The drive thru is always quick in the mornings. Will be making this location my regular one.

Zero stars !!! My child is sick and wanted a refresher , I procede to order with no ice and the barista said there's an extra charge for no ice !!!! Excuse me ! Then proceed to tell me if you don't want to be charged there's going to be extra room in the cup like wtf ! So not only am I getting less drink but if I want what's supposed to be in the drink I have to pay more because of the no ice !! This is bull! Only Starbucks that's has told me they will charge me for the NO ICE request !

I use to go here and wanted to sit and enjoy but I'm usually in a hurry they just renovated the place and the urge to sit and enjoy a carmel ribbon frap is gone there's no sitting area inside and the warm inviting feeling is goneTook 2 weeks to ruin the place hopefully they go back to its old

i gave four stars due to the fact that the barista female informed me that i have extra left over, due to the fact that this is the 1st. time. my order is $10 bucks, so all this time they have been throwing my extra away in the damn trash. kudos to the breezy for giving me my extra for the time smh.
