Subway offers excellent customer service, with staff preparing sandwiches with care and politeness. The restaurant provides a healthier alternative to other fast-food chains, with customizable options for vegetables and bread. Staff remain calm and professional, even during late nights and with a high volume of orders. Popular sandwiches include the Sweet Teriyaki Chicken and Oven Roasted Turkey, while the Tuna sandwich is a less favorite choice. Customers can order online and customize meals, such as a supreme meats footlong, but some may experience issues with their order, like missing items or stale bread.
