I’ve been to several Mongolian grills and this is just okay. I’ve never seen one priced so high at $15 per bowl but I knew the drill and knew I could pack my bowl to the top. Well, the reality is that you can only pack your own meats and an employee will pack the rest of it for you. I don’t think people realize how good this place is. First you order, either you just want the noodles, or add a side of rice and soup for an extra $2. I usually just get the noodles. After you order, they give you a bowl where you would choose your proteins. Either pork, beef, or chicken. Then you hand them your bowl once your protein is chosen and the staff chooses your vegetables for you. They also have tofu if you prefer that over the other proteins. And then they ask you...
I've gone to my fair share of Mongolian barbecues and this is by far my favorite in the valley and Santa Clarita which is where I've tried them. The food is cooked right in front of you and you pick your toppings and protein. Consistently delicious never fails.
