This place is incredibly consistent no matter where you are in the world. Huge respect to this location! Every time I’m craving a Pikabon, I come here and order one. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. It’s nice to know that no matter when you visit, you can expect the same great quality and service. Thank you for being here and continuing to do such a great job!

Cinnabon at Northridge Mall is a consistently great place to enjoy fresh and delicious treats. The staff, including Maria and her team, are always friendly, welcoming, and professional, creating a warm and empathetic atmosphere. Customers appreciate the high quality of the cinnamon rolls and cookies, which are fresh every time they visit. Many people choose this location for meet-ups and regular orders, especially for catering needs, with Maria going above and beyond to ensure everything is perfectly packaged and delivered with care. The service is quick and efficient, and the location is conveniently close to the main entrance and escalator, making it easy to access. Although there is no mention of a bathroom, the expanded parking lot makes visiting more convenient. Overall, this Cinnabon location maintains a friendly environment, consistent quality, and excellent service, making it a favorite spot for many customers.
