Went on a hot day and it was super good! Got the Founder’s Favorite and it was amazing. The workers were very nice and welcoming too.
i came here today with bad experience , i was welcome nicely with the trainee but the leader of the team a lady , scolding the new girl her fellow infront of us the customers se is so bossy woth other co worker and she got a daughter also in the counter and hes nota xomodating mo customer seevice ...and think shes the one that needs training ...!!!!!

Stoped by today to get ice cream. Was great. The gentleman that helped us was really nice, getting what you pay for is important, getting great service is the topping on it.

Please update your online profile to indicate the Coldstone store in Northridge at Plummer closes at 9:30 pm and not 10:00 pm. I went to this location today 9/15/24 and arrived at 9:45pm and was told they actually close at 9:30pm. It is not okay for customers to drive to the store thinking it’s open and be told that they are closed at 9:30 pm. Luckily Baskin around the corner was open and got some ice cream there- they close when they say they gonna close.

I haven't been to Cold Stone in probably 15 years. The chocolate ice cream this time tasted like it was flavored artificially, and the waffle cone bowl was stale. Also, I remember in the past they mixed fresh strawberries into the ice cream, but not anymore... This time they mixed in strawberries in some processed syrup. I won't be going to Cold Stone again.
