I recently visited El Taco Llama and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The food was average and did not have the flavor or freshness I was expecting. Some items seemed like they had been sitting for a while, and the overall quality did not match the positive reviews I had seen.

El Taco Llama is a hole-in-the-wall type of place with a rough exterior but excellent burritos. The red hot sauce is a must-try, and the tortilla chips are great with it. While prices have increased, the burritos are still a good value. Other menu items are also good, with digital menus offering plenty of options. The 3-asada taco plate is a filling and worthwhile choice. While the menudo is not highly recommended, the service is fast and the salsa roja is super spicy, making it a great option for those who like a little heat.
