Came mid afternoon for a reserved table of 11. Weren't ready. Finally found reservation, then placed in path of cold air coming from front door. Now, place wasn't busy. However service was slow. Kept looking for waiter. Missed simple order like water. Salad was very good, other meals were good
We had a 610 pm reservation. The host sat us down at 625pm. We ordered our food at 7pm. The food never arrived including the guacamole which was the appetizer. We left at 830pm. Poor service. Only one waitress serving half the restaurant. Not her fault. Poor planning on part of their management team. Severely understaffed.
Went this past Sunday for brunch to celebrate our friends birthday and had such a great time! The food was great and our server Roberto was amazing. He brought us over the best pancakes and made sure to keep our mimosas going. The manager Joseph was so sweet, stopped by twice to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. They came by to sing happy birthday with a flan and a Mexican hat... it made our friend feel so special. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want good...
