This is literally the only Jamba Juice location that constantly never has ingredients. I ordered a tropical waffle bowl w/ Greek yogurt. They did not have pineapple, bananas, coconut flakes, spoons, and forgot to add honey. Only 3 out of the 7 ingredients made it into this bowl to be charged at full price is ridiculous. I haven’t been to this location in 8 months and yall still don’t ever have ingredients. Management needs to get it together cause the employees are the ones taking the heat from the customers.

I’m super disappointed with my order today. I ordered an açaí primo bowl. They were out of bananas and spoons! The employee was nice but suggested I go to Western Bagel next door to ask for a spoon! They’re right next to a supermarket. GO BUY BANANAS AND SPOONS!!! I spent $20 and got no bananas or a spoon! Signed, Very disappointed (loyal) customer.

BE WARNED!! I swear, this location in particular has PROBLEMS!!I placed my order, requested extra add-ons and also requested a larger cup size because of all the add ons. Went over the order 3 times with theclerk and even had the large cup size on the receipt. Got my order --- WRONG!!The last 3 times i visited, there were 3 different problems regarding my order.This is right by the gym, so i come here often. l'm over it. NEVER coming back to this location.BE WARNED!!

Nobody here and you how to look up a gift card that was electronically sent to me. They couldn't tell if it was already used or not. It took 15 minutes and then they finally told me to leave

Came by today for a peanut butter mood and bianca helped me out and even helped me use my jamba rewards, the smoothie was great and she was great !

This location never has orders ready on time. Even after I arrive, the employees (too many for such a small store with hardly any customers) shuffle around, taking new orders before tending to pick up orders, pretending not to see me waiting under the pick up order sign. Then they act shocked that the machine printed pick up orders, as if the machine is a new discovery. If this had only happened once, I would cut them some slack, but after doing it 3x's, I decided to ditch this location for greener pastures.

Never has the necessary ingredients to make the drinks they’re advertising. Been going for a month straight trying to order the pumpkin smash and they always only have half the ingredients. Even before that they didn’t have ingredients for other drinks
The vibe is very nice in here. I was with someone who was new to Jamba and the staff was very helpful. They helped her find a drink she would enjoy.
