I’m super disappointed with my order today. I ordered an açaí primo bowl. They were out of bananas and spoons! The employee was nice but suggested I go to Western Bagel next door to ask for a spoon! They’re right next to a supermarket. GO BUY BANANAS AND SPOONS!!! I spent $20 and got no bananas or a spoon! Signed, Very disappointed (loyal) customer.

Yea it's Jamba Juice that in plumber service sucks It's dec 17 6:30 pm and staff seem to be in a hurry and only one person working cashier and bar . Katie was the cashier Seem like the workers didn't like each other and claim that each have their own station Lol whatever happen to team work for good customer service Sorry Jamba Turn off . That's why this location is only 1 star reviews makes sense

I come to this one to get a plant-based pumpkin smash, after getting a Rancid plant-based Pumpkin Smash from the Canoga Park location. (See that review separately.) And so I watch closely as the employee begins to make my drinks with regular milk. I inquire if that was for the pumpkin smashes and she replies yes. I correct her that they are plant-based and she looked at me and went to check the order as if I'm lying or I don't know what I ordered. Then she says oh and looks irritated that she needs to start over because she made a mistake that luckily I caught because this isn't just a preference but an allergy. Not sure what's wrong with these younger employees that just have such a bad attitude but it's really ruining my Jamba experience. The other two employees were perfectly lovely but unfortunately my interaction was with her.

BE WARNED!! I swear, this location in particular has PROBLEMS!!I placed my order, requested extra add-ons and also requested a larger cup size because of all the add ons. Went over the order 3 times with theclerk and even had the large cup size on the receipt. Got my order --- WRONG!!The last 3 times i visited, there were 3 different problems regarding my order.This is right by the gym, so i come here often. l'm over it. NEVER coming back to this location.BE WARNED!!

This Jamba Juice is very very good I am not leaving a review on the drink because obviously everyone loves Jamba Juice And I and I have been drinking it my entire life this is more for the service and the location of this place is perfectly next to my office I always have time to go there I would say go at least 1 to 2 times a week if you're in the area I would definitely recommend this spot

I can always rely on jamba juice for a refreshment. The smoothies are delicious, a favorite of mine is the mango-a-go-go I think it's called, or the strawberry smoothie. Today i just got the dragonfruit delight acai bowl, and it was delicious! The service is also good, the drinks get out really fast!!! The ambiance is calming and refreshing. I wish I could have jamba juice everyday!!!! Please go!
Always a nice treat. The drinks are eyeballed which is completely fine with me.The parking lot is really large and shares the space with a number of stores. There's almost never a parking concern with this location.The store itself is small. I didn't really see a sitting area indoors, but there are some outdoor furniture that is shared by other stores around the block.

I was here on March 26, 2023 at 12:49pm and both the girls that were working are extremely rude, had a horrible attitude towards me and they made the person who ordered after me, drinks first when I was here first and ordered before that lady. I believe they did that because I didn't add a tip which is so not ok to do. Do your job and don't act out of spite just because a tip wasn't added, you aren't entitled to a tip. They literally made 4 other drinks before mine when all I ordered was a small kids size drink. Talk about money hungry and poor customer service. Never coming here again, they are definitely understaffed. Ambiance wasn't great!

This location never has orders ready on time. Even after I arrive, the employees (too many for such a small store with hardly any customers) shuffle around, taking new orders before tending to pick up orders, pretending not to see me waiting under the pick up order sign. Then they act shocked that the machine printed pick up orders, as if the machine is a new discovery. If this had only happened once, I would cut them some slack, but after doing it 3x's, I decided to ditch this location for greener pastures.

Jamba Juice admin please read! Just a feedback from a loyal customer of Jamba Juice on Plummer/Northridge.I only ordered via mobile because is convenient- I got 4 kids so is easy pick up . However- every time I come pick up my order - is ALWAYS wrong. For example- I request for boba and split cup and never once did they get it right. Plus they don't blend it well and still very chunky . One of my kid chocked on a piece of mango and that's why I am writing this review to bring it to Admin attention. Our whole family loves Jamba Juice but I am so disappointed at this location.
