the chicken sandwich was fireee but surprisingly small for $8. the restaurant itself is way too big lol has a very empty feel, with that there’s no one to take ur order, order on one kiosk only which seems like a bad system. but the chicken was great.

Personally I had a great first experience, tbh I liked it wayyyy better than Dave’s Hot Chicken. Chicken was super juicy, staff was friendly and the atmosphere was chill. Great food for sure I got combo 1. It was delicious 🤤

I have been going to this location frequently over the last couple of years, ordering the exact same combo every time.

Previously, I was able to look past the ridiculously overpriced menu because the food was good.

I don't know if they got a new owner or if they made sweeping changes across all locations, but the food is no longer worth the price.

Though the chicken is still well cooked, the spices were burnt.

The comeback sauce now comes pre-packaged and has less than half of the flavor it used to have.

They don't take phone orders anymore, so you either get upcharged on an app or you have to sit and wait for a to go order.

The staff is still incredibly friendly and kind, but I can't in good conscience recommend this place anymore.

Simply, it's not worth the money.

This review is for fellow spicy food lovers. The chicken joint makes you sign a liability waiver before selling you the spiciest chicken option.

Before I start, I will share that the portion size of the chicken sandwich reminded me of spicy chicken sandwich from the McDonalds value menu, but with thicker and better chicken quality. So if you are looking for a large portion on a budget, this place is not it. I want to reiterate that chicken is much better quality and thicker than Mickey's.. Main Chicken burger is simply small for 6.99. . . kinda like sliders on the bigger side.

The chicken is definitely spicy, no doubt. But I don't think it was necessary to sign a waiver form.

For reference, if you had the spiciest Buldak Ramen, then you will be disappointed. It is nowhere close to Buldak Ramen (spiciest one), which gives me constant dripping sweat nonstop throughout consumption. This chicken burger on the other hand caused me to sweat, but not to the degree of dripping sweat. But if you are craving spicy protein, this place is definitely it.

Another comparison could be Dave's Hot Chicken. This place has spicier chicken than Dave's, but not that far off. With the same price, I would eat at Dave's Hot Chicken than Main Chicken because the portion size is bigger at Dave's. But portion size wouldn't be a problem if you are financially well off. Just order two.

Anyhow, don't be intimidated by the waiver form if you are like me, someone who can tolerate spicy food. I think $6.99 was great for the experience, but I wouldn't be going back there due to the small and disappointing portion size. I would never pay $6.99 for a small burger like this. Maybe this is the reason Dave's was crowded while this place had more empty tables than filled on the same evening of Saturday night.

One positive is that the buns were top notch. It wasn't standard bread. The bun was sweet to taste. Then again, so does Dave's.

This place is my favorite hot chicken restaurant in the valley, the chicken is very juicy and tasty no matter what spice level you get, and they give a LOT of fries in every combo. Price is definitely worth it, not too expensive. Staff is very friendly too!

Worst place to get food the flavor is a failure they have combos with no drink and they charge for ranch money ketchup 1.10 and the ranch filled half way its overpriced not good and very rude no customer service here first and last time ill come here

This was a very disappointing experience. It took 38 minutes to get a single order of chicken strips. The atmosphere is cold and not welcoming. This is a sorry excuse for a restaurant and I expect this place to go out of business very soon.

Let’s just say, when you have to sign a release form to eat the spiciest chicken, you need to respect that it’s going to be really hot.The chicken is tender. The bun is fresh. The sauce is a nice addition.I asked for Medium. It was spicy enough. Others at my table took the supreme challenge. Went through many cups of liquid and napkins. lol. Memories

This place is fire! I got the mild because I'm a baby but the chicken is JUICY and the sauce is unique and amazing. The guy who helped me was named Paul, a military vet. who went out of his way to engage in convo.

For 20 minutes wait which is extremely long for such a place and I was only customer there, store was completely empty when I came in, I got my chicken sandwich with cold buns and cold cheese just from fridge which didn't even melt (check photo so u can see the cold still piece of cheese). I asked cashier as soon as I see not melted piece of cheese in my chicken sandwich why is it like that , he didn’t seem to care at all, he just respond “yeah that’s how it comes, we just add cheese” like ok? Should I teach you how cheese should look in warm chicken sandwich or what ?Also taste of coke from soda machine was horrible with some taste of Clorox or something like that.Sitting there for 20 minutes and getting horrible chicken sandwich with bad drink is one thing but when someone from staff took tv remote and turn volume up and instead of chill music which was there whole time he put some unknown rap which probably was only for himself, it makes everything even worse. Very disappointed in this place, service and staff.
