My new go to in Northridge,
The food is very good. Birria was fire 🔥. I recommend you try it.
First time trying this spot very good. Asked the cashier if they were a chain. She said they have a food truck in Sylmar. Plus they make homemade tortillas. Great spot.

Mi Ranchito is a spot in the Northridge Mall food court. The place was clean and the staff was fairly friendly. They have Mexican Coca-Cola and horchata. The horchata tasted good and was the highlight for some. The carne asada fries were pretty stacked, probably enough for a person and a half. The ceviche with shrimp, all the ingredients and black sauce, is delicious. The mulita with asada was okay with their spicy orange sauce. They give a decent size of the mulita and enough portion of the carne asada in it. They give you some radish and lemon as well in the plate. They make homemade tortillas. They have a food truck in Sylmar. Sometimes it takes a while to get the food. The food was lukewarm and gives the impression the food was not made fresh. The cashier had body language and facial expressions as if she did not want to be there. They charge a service fee of almost 4 on all sales. There no speaker here so stay near the pickup window. The food truck service in Sylmar and quality is better.
