I had a wonderful experience at Paris Baguette in Northridge. I was especially impressed by a young gentleman named Diego, who was extremely professional, kind, and attentive. There was a small incident involving a customer, and Diego handled the situation with such patience, professionalism, and care. He remained calm and made sure everything was taken care of properly.
