So I have been getting the same drink for months now, the pineapple refresher, and my order is usually; no berries, no water or lemonade and so it's just the juice, ice, and in the size cup I wanted. It was the other day, I noticed that a staff member put a small amount of juice in the container they hold the drink in and drowned it with water. Like, majority of it was water and it was horrible. I asked them if they always did that and they mentioned to me that they have to put water in? I honestly was highly confused. So I've gotten the drink many times to know whether or not that drink has water in it and most of the time, with no water included, it tastes sweet and doesn't taste like a flavored water. So basically Im mostly annoyed that I have to pay an extra dollar because I don't want to add water but like there's already water in it so why do I have to pay for a drink that has "no water" the other concern is that the drink is never made the way it's made at other Starbucks. It does not taste like that at other Starbucks. I also had a concern about the butter croissant I order, I felt I had to play tug a war with it, it was so hard. So now, I don't really enjoy the drink and will not come here anymore

Well I can tell you, Adrian always makes me feel better … there’ good but they like to test me …. I’ve been going there for years now … the mg is cool … but there are some that are really bitter , they try to pist me off .. that’s not cool because , because after the Covid the world is cruel …. I’m just getting my coffee to start my day …. And we all have problems I don’t need any negativity early in the morning? Today Adrian gave me my drink with my cream without any attitude, positive and ready to serve with great customer

I decided to support my local Starbucks for a small hot chocolate to tip my barista however the worker who took my order in drive through was so disgustingly rude that I didn't even want to order and had to sit in the drive thru line. Will continue to boycott and make sure my peers continue to do so(:

They messed up my order which was so simple, just a walnut praline latte with oat milk (I'm lactose intolerant) I didn't ask for anything extra just switch out the milk. The sense of entitlement to do it wrong and ask for tip was crazy.

Service: I don't know if they were understaffed, but not organized. They made me 2 drinks and were left on the counter without calling my name out. Now I realize why I stopped coming here. Drinks: are bland. Ordered the peppermint mocha and tastes somewhat like mocha but with an aftertaste. It's hard to explain. I feel like it was a waste of money to stop here. Inside: was clean, about 4 people waiting for their drinks. A kid banging on the table like making music while on the mom was busy talking to someone she was with. Overall: a waste of time and money.

Wish I could give zero stars. This is THE WORST Starbucks I've ever gone to when it pertains to service. I've given it a few chances giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they had a bad morning but no in conclusion they all have shitty attitudes. Peaked inside and the looks on everyone's face shows very low morale inside. Everytime my order has been wrong (sizes) today My muffin fell outside the drive up window as she was nearly just shoving towards me. No smiles no customer service just a bad way to start your morning when you come here. Do yourself a favor drive a few blocks up the street to the next Starbucks. Good morning goes a long way.

I came into this location and Phoebe happen to pick up the phone, I then shared my concern and she handled herself professionally/effectively even had an extra employee help me as well. So thankful for my encounter today at Starbucks !

I’ve been going to Starbucks for YEARS and I just want to say that Travin has the best customer service I’ve encountered in ages. AND he made this cinnamon drink and it was SO GOOD! Give that man a raise lol!

every time i come to order in store, they manage to put my drink in the mobile order section and keep me waiting 10+ minutes. whether it’s slow or busy, they can’t manage to just read the cup
