Awesome and excellent service.
Patio, nice and comfy interior chairs, individual tables , excellent food, and drinks!!! ☕
I ordered a lavender latte, but they accidentally gave me a caramel latte. When I mentioned it, they quickly fixed the mistake and made the correct coffee for me, even adding a nice personalized message on the cup. Great service!

Starbucks Coffee Company in Northridge offers a mix of experiences. The staff is friendly, fast, and provides good service, often making drinks perfectly and adding personal touches like messages on cups. Customers appreciate the clean and comfortable atmosphere, making it a good place to relax or work. The recent remodeling has transformed the store, removing indoor seating and adding an outdoor patio with a few tables and umbrellas. While the outdoor area is visually appealing, the limited seating and lack of indoor tables can make the environment feel cold and uninviting, especially during hot summer days when temperatures in Northridge often exceed 100°. The patio's umbrellas provide some relief, but they do not cover all tables, and the heat and sun can make sitting outside uncomfortable. The remodeled space is accessible with wheelchair-friendly features, though it lacks outlets and wall sockets for charging devices. Overall, the location is praised for its good service and friendly staff, though the outdoor-only seating might not suit everyone, particularly students or those seeking indoor comfort.
