The girl that waited on me has zero customer service. Then I ask a man for a small bag and he didn't greet me or even make eye contact kept his face in a book he was writing numbers. The nastiest Western Bagel I have ever been in since 1980's

This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes the food and service are good, but other times things fall through the cracks. For example, bagels don’t always come toasted even when you order them that way. On weekend mornings, the staff often miss online orders, so when I arrive the food isn’t ready, defeating the whole purpose of ordering ahead, especially when I’m on my way to work.
The lox spread is also inconsistent. At times, it barely has any salmon at all, which feels disappointing for the price. To be fair, the manager did address the issue when I brought it up and remade my order, which I appreciated. Still, I’ve held off writing a review for a while, but after multiple separate issues, including having to interrupt breakfast with my family to return a poorly made order, I feel it’s worth addressing.

I went here on Saturday. The bagels were good. However it was hotter inside the store than it was on the outside. Unacceptable to have employees on that heat working. I will raise my stars when I go back and visit only if the air conditioning is working.

Terrible process for order taking. The people taking the order shouldn’t also be making the food. Slow process.

Absolutely rude service. There are clear signs for where the line should start to order but the staff completely ignore and talk to people who arrive after those waiting in line. Zero eye contact or friendliness. The full menu is not front and center so it is impossible to place your full order on the spot. When I placed my order I also wanted to order more items but was told to move to the side to select them and then completely ignored. When I mentioned it there was no offer to help and I was told to go back in line to add to the order. $25 for 2 basic bagel sandwiches is a rip off price on top of the poor service. Very disappointed in my first try going back to a Western Bagel after many years. I wrote this review a minute after leaving, that’s how disappointed I felt. :(

I’ve always loved your bagels being a customer for many years it’s very convenient, typically quick and a nice way to start the day. It’s unfortunate that the 2 girls (Leslie & I didn’t see the other girls name) who works in the front didn’t greet a single customer they just stared and turned around continued having their side conversations laughing while about 10 people walked in with zero greeting from either of them today. A lot of people need jobs these days a greeting goes a long way instead of saying what do you want!? On the other hand Gary walks in from the back and greets everyone and quickly helps the other customers.

Want to pay over $5 for a plain bagel with cream cheese?! Be my guest. Apparently the $1.95 per bagel reached a new price after it was lightly toasted and was for dine in. Yes! They charged me extra for toasting my bagel and for staying indoors and not taking out. What the hell?!? My recommendation, STAY AWAY!
