I ordered two chocolate chip bagels and one chocolate milk from DoorDash. I was highly disappointed. They forgot my milk. But not only that, they gave me blueberry bagels instead of chocolate chip. What is going on??? Are the staff not being properly trained? I used to love eating from here but they’re slowly ruining it for me.

Western Bagel has always been known for good bagels so today I decided to get a bagel breakfast and some additional bagels for later. My bill was a total of $32.13 including tax. I got 6 bagels, bagel with egg and bacon, cream cheese and an orange juice. Wow!! It's very expensive. Having to pay these prices makes me want to demand attentive, clean and tidy employees because it doesn't cost the workers much to be presentable and clean at all times.I also want to say that the staff was not concerned that there was a line forming. They still moved very slowly and gave the excuse that they were short staffed. There were 4 very capable people working but mainly goofing off, making jokes, and wanting to converse amongst themselves rather than their very willing to pay high prices customers. It's very sad to see how the younger generations are becoming less interested in proper conduct and courtesy. Hourly rates are going up to try and meet the cost of living but the help works less for more money. The other thing I noticed is that the crew was not neat and tidy in their personal hygiene. The person that helped me had very black dirty fingernails while serving me. One hand had a glove but the other did not. How do we know if their hands have even been washed if the long nails look like they haven't been washed for days. Western Bagel, put more interest in your help because they are a reflection of your establishment. Don't take your customers for granted.

WB is known for its wide range of bagels, often praised for their freshness and variety. My go to is their breakfast sandwich. Their service is decent, especially at 5 AM. What was most concerning was their bathroom looked like a bathroom you would find at a truckstop in the middle of nowhere how filthy it bathroom was -- makes me concerned about how tidy their kitchen is where food is being handled. :/

First time ever at western bagel, all I was trying to do is get a simple bagel. Snobby (for no reason) Indian looking girl (who had a snarky ugly attitude took my order, as I'm waiting she was talking crap about me for no reason with her co worker turning around specifically looking at me laughing? All of them were just standing around gossiping & talking including the manager with glasses. Will never go back again. Owner of this place needs to put all those clowns in check.

Ordered bagel online for 9am pick up. I arrived at 9:10 and by the time the person got to me at 9:19 turns out my order wasn't ready and he had to make it. Not a great order and pick up service. This place is a disaster in terms of organization. Signage isn't clear in terms or where to order and where to pick up. The problem is there are way too many signs to determine which direction to go. Ordering and/ or picking up a bagel shouldn't be this complicated. I won't be back.

I love myself a good bagel so I wanted to drop by and check out this location since it’s been here forever and I’ve never been. They are a bit overpriced in my opinion but I know the prices of everything are going up. I got an everything bagel with cream cheese, lettuce, onion, and tomato and it was over $6. I didn’t even have a meat, egg, cheese, or protein.I’m giving three stars mostly because of the poor service. They have multiple people working but I can see them all joking, laughing, and moving at a super slow pace. The person behind me was so annoyed that he ended up walking away and leaving. I might have if I wasn’t next in line.Do not come here if you are in a rush because it does take awhile.
