I went this morning to buy 2 dozen bagels. I was next right after I entered. The person who helped me said that wasn’t enough bagels if I can wait. Not a problem… for warm fresh, perfect. I paid and asked if can add small plastic bags… nothing, no answer & no plastic bags. I could understand if there was other clients there. But no, I didn’t like the service.
This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes the food and service are good, but other times things fall through the cracks. For example, bagels don’t always come toasted even when you order them that way. On weekend mornings, the staff often miss online orders, so when I arrive the food isn’t ready, defeating the whole purpose of ordering ahead, especially when I’m on my way to work.
