I came in to 7-Eleven tonight at 11:59 !!!!! 9/20/2023 to get some scratchers and something to drink. He was in the back of the store cleaning by the freezer section talking away on the phone. I called for him multiple times and waited politely as you can see In the video and he straight ignored me until another customer came in which I'm glad I know him from the restaurant I'm gonna go tomorrow and speak with the actual manager of the store. this man does not stay in the front of the store you could practically steal everything and walk out if you wanted to, but I was being polite, went all the way to the back to the freezer section to call him. along with the manager from the food restaurant down the way in the same center had to call him as well because he was straight ignoring me the guy got a swisher he didn't card him gave him his newports as well and went on his way bc he was taking forever Mind youHe's on the phone with both earphones in his ears still not paying attention to shit he was going to help me then looks me up and down gives me an attitude and yells at me!! he don't sell , he don't sell not making any sense. Where's your ID all of a sudden now just because I came dressed warm walking and the time I came does not mean I'm a fucking homeless person !!!!! He does not belong working here at this establishment with the practically RACIAL PROFILING ME by the clothing I was wearing and disregarded any type of proper customer service he's suppose to have !!!! I made sure to get a picture but he turned away You should open this position to someone who will appreciate it and not take it for granted

This is the second attempt I try to post something, I don't know who is erasing or taking down my post, but that bald older man who works in the evening and has dirty fingernails was extremely rude. He was very pushy to an elderly woman and was disrespectful to me as a customer is keypad where we punch in our 7-11 number was filthy and sticky. When I asked him how often does he wipe the equipment up he stated NEVER ! (WOW! ) ...as an infection control nurse I take this very seriously he says he never cleans it and told me to get the F out of his 7-Eleven. I am a professional. I am in a nurse and I work with the department of health at times I don't appreciate people subjecting others to a filthy environment when they're getting paid to maintain the environment and do their job diligently, especially for a large corporation such as 7-11... I called to corporate, corporate said they would look into it and now I see my post has been taken down. If this is the Way 7-Eleven handle situations that are complaints that they should overlook or look into. This is a horrible way to conduct business. Somebody could get sick off of the food that this guy prepares with his dirty fingernails and Grimy Hands it's disgusting. # be clean

There is mold by the part where the ice dispenses and the gray is dirty and or moldy as well. I told the cashier - nice. She told the manager, he just walked away - HOPEFULLY to clean it, but no acknowledgment of my complaint makes me doubt he'll take action. As you can see, the part where the liquid collects has been there a minute! Wondering if I should call the health department....

Still very poor customer service. Food in bad shape. Clerks not sure how to do their jobs. Saw customers walk out without paying when the clerk was busy trying to work the lottery machine. Just another poor service visit to this location.

Bald, tremulous cashier is psychiatrically unstable and verbally abusive with inability to emotionally regulate. Other cashiers are fine. Bahita is the only person of concern. Rarely in my experience have I ever encountered such egregious behavior in a convenience store. I suggest whomever hired him to have him psychiatrically evaluated for mental fitness. Highly concerned about his interactions with the public.

I was being racially verbally abused by a homeless guy out front after parking in a disabled spot that was a good 30 feet away. I am disabled. I continued on The phone with my bank before walking in while being threatened with violence and verbally abused. I exited my vehicle after the homeless person then walked away from me and the abuse continued. I walked into the store and informed a cashier named KUMAR on what had transpired and requested that he call the sheriff.KUMAR replied, YOU CAll Them !!I made a purchase then left.I went to a restaurant in the shopping mall and 20 minutes later the homeless man came over to me and continued his abuse.The front of the store is a haven for homeless people and the employee is promoting it by not helping to rid the area to make it safe for the public and Government Employees !
