I came in to 7-Eleven tonight at 11:59 !!!!! 9/20/2023 to get some scratchers and something to drink. He was in the back of the store cleaning by the freezer section talking away on the phone. I called for him multiple times and waited politely as you can see In the video and he straight ignored me until another customer came in which I'm glad I know him from the restaurant I'm gonna go tomorrow and speak with the actual manager of the store. this man does not stay in the front...read full review

This is the second attempt I try to post something, I don't know who is erasing or taking down my post, but that bald older man who works in the evening and has dirty fingernails was extremely rude. He was very pushy to an elderly woman and was disrespectful to me as a customer is keypad where we punch in our 7-11 number was filthy and sticky. When I asked him how often does he wipe the equipment up he stated NEVER ! (WOW! ) ...as an infection control nurse I take this very seriously...read full review

There is mold by the part where the ice dispenses and the gray is dirty and or moldy as well. I told the cashier - nice. She told the manager, he just walked away - HOPEFULLY to clean it, but no acknowledgment of my complaint makes me doubt he'll take action. As you can see, the part where the liquid collects has been there a minute! Wondering if I should call the health department....
