Overall place is good. Just need more staff in the entrance and in the counter since the place does tend to get busy. Also in the trampoline there needs to be someone looking since there is smaller kids and today I saw older kids doing flips and they can injured smaller children. Other than that my kids has fun.

The manager or super that was working this past Sunday was awesome. He was so friendly and explained how their fun pass works, got me and my family a fantastic discount and a coupon toward our food. Fantastic customer service.
