The food thank God is always on point but today my only complaint in this pollo loco location was that they wanted to charge me for the cilantro salsa when I had never ever ever had to pay in any other locations.

Usually a Great experience, However today an employee assumed I wasn't bilingual, and I am, i asked for extra sauce and I guess he didn't hear me so he didn't charge or give me an extra sauce. When I asked for another cilantro sauce, the manager asked me if I asked him and if he charged. He Did NOT! He then proceeds to side eye me and comment in spanish, "No I asked and she didn't say anything" which is funny considering he repeated the order to me...

I love Pollo loco but since they have a call out name and number syatem it's really hard for to hear your name over the music it was really kind of loud maybe they should move the speaker further towards the cooking area because there's a big line around the soda machine in order to hear your name but the service was good cashier was nice.
