I had a great experience at this Pollo loco, the staff was focused on preparing the meals it was as if I was watching my family cooking in the kitchen... The cashier also did a great job in getting those orders in and making sure the orders are correct. The time of my visit was 209 p.m.

Stopped in this El Pollo and while it's just another store in a franchise of stores.
Here I was greeted with excellent customer service in the form of a young man named Andrew.
If i read the name tag correctly he is the very example of professionalism that keeps companies winning.
Thank you for being an excellent example of what customer service should reflect.

The food thank God is always on point but today my only complaint in this pollo loco location was that they wanted to charge me for the cilantro salsa when I had never ever ever had to pay in any other locations.
