I did a mobile order here and decided to pick it up inside instead of drive through, BIGGEST MISTAKE. The cashier was eyeing me while I was waiting for my order and started talking to maybe a manager? Either way when my order was finished I was waiting for my drink to be set and they call me out yelling “ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER SOMETHING” and him yelling at me scared me so I got up quickly grabbed my stuff and told him calmly I’m just here for a mobile order and left. Well I have been here before and customer service has dwindling. We are hiring? Young lady tried to charge my daughter for her phone order she had to prove she paid. Then the young lady realized. We ordered the 5 dollar build your own box, none of them had utensils and no napkins at allThe location is normally clean inside and outside.Food is pretty much up to corporate standards taste is fair. It taste good. Wrapping is good.Now please work on customer service please

Normally I have zero issues with Taco Bell but this time it was very disappointing. The food was soggy like they overdid the sour cream and the shell was already broken like they threw it in the bag. What's worse is I got food poisoning from a beef chalupa not sure what it was because it tasted and smelled fine. Sorry to say I won't be returning to this location it's gone downhill.
