Took my family and grandchildren for a treat and lady behind the counter with glasses was kind and patient. This is the spot to go with your family.
I had a bad experience going to this particular store last Sunday, 01/28/2024 around 11 am in Novato, the young lady wearing reading glasses behind the counter was very rude telling me “ next time don’t touch the cones” which I did not, just pointed them. I gave up and returned to my car, poor location having that lady behind the counter,
Super rude, I hope they have nice people working there as well.
