Great place for a hearty salad. They were very friendly in helping me find their vegan options. My only recommendation for them is to mark their vegan options on the menu. I will definitely be back.

I'm not sure what I love more - the wide range of tasty salads full of tasty fresh ingredients, or the quite unbelievably cosy but open outdoor seating. Whoever designed their outdoor space deserves a medal. You would never know that you were sitting next to a parking lot. The people at Hop Monk could learn a lot from it. My go-to choice is always the Waldorf salad. I never get bored of coming here. Novato needs more places like this

I ate the Barn BLT on Country Levain, and she ate the Northern Fry - Mary’s Crispy Fried Chicken with poppyseed pickled slaw on a ciabatta.

Both excellent, more than enough food!!
