OMG! Never heard of a Cubana torta before, but wow! Grilled ham, bacon, beef, jalapenos, eggs, tomato, avacado, chorizo, and sour crema. Ir's served with fries and was an amazingly tasty sandwich. My hubby has a conbo. The refried bean were very good as was the rice. The taco was crunchy as it should be, good flavor and the pork tamale was the right amount of meat to masa. Highly recommend!

Back again for the Art & Wine Festival and had to stop in again. This time I had the camarones a la hacienda and it was devine. The mango strawberry margarita was devine! Slight bit of spice added. Amazing and well blended!

After a long string of bad experiences I’m going to have to call it quits on this long time favorite. The basics are going bad, where they used to be the only reliable choice. The occasional bright spot are the burritos and a 50/50 very expensive quesadilla.

My carnitas tacos keep coming out lukewarm, at best. The grilled chicken tacos are bone dry, either overcooked or day old, either way isn’t good. The fish tacos were awful, seemingly covered in shredded veg out of shame. I think I had intestinal issues after those.

Other recent low-lites were the shrimp diablo, flavorless somehow, shrimp tostadas that were a soggy pile, and the pozole.

Friendly and accommodating staff plus delicious food. I had one hell of a hangover and the Chilaquiles brought me back to life. Will definitely be coming back here next time I’m in town.

Excellent!! Fresh and carefully prepared food
Omgosh please let me edit this to elaborate: IF you have EVER had authentic tortilla soup as I believe I have had back in San Diego in the 90's(!) I literally feel like Ive been transported!. If you are under the weather, order it sans sour xream and cheese--but if not, enjoy the infulgence! Either way, this soup will NOT dissapoint!

I must confess I havent ventured beyond the Carmen margarita (one is enough!) and the soup because I am so thoroughly satisfied!
I literally now crave this soup and its a must!
Thank you chef for fresh ingredients & love!
