Chick Fil A in Novato has a smaller parking lot adjoined to Moylans. During peak hours, parking could be difficult. Drive thru is easily accessible from entrance, staff are waiting with tablets to take your order. Friendly and knowledgeable about all items on MENU. No hassles when asking for a reasonable amount of extra sauce or other condiments. I ordered Parfait with granola, fried nuggets, Cobb salad with grilled chicken (substituted for fried) and a berry frosty. Everything was delicious.

Great food and it always comes out fast. I've been here 4 times and have never gotten everything I ordered. It's printed on the receipt but not physically on the tray every time. Also I've been asked to get up and move twice at different visits so the employees can clean my table or window. It's super weird and makes you feel gross so I just leave.

I never thought I would leave a review for Chick Fil A but here I am! I go to the Novato location often and while everyone working there is always kind and welcoming, JB went above and beyond! He was so kind, witty, and friendly making the drive through experience great. I wanted to share my experience so he gets the credit he deserves. Overall, the location is always fast and efficient and the staff are all very friendly.

Please do a better job next time I ordered a chicken sandwich and they didn’t give me no cheese no tomato and lettuce and I wanted it with everything on it and it was plain nothing I even asked for ketchup only and gave me chick fil a sauce not worth paying $20 if they don’t give you what u want !!! Do better next time people drive far away just to get a messed up order like wow ridiculous
great experience, very juicy chicken. clean and well maintained children's play area that was a joy for parents and children. enjoyed the new spicy salad as well.
