Chick Fil A in Novato has a smaller parking lot adjoined to Moylans. During peak hours, parking could be difficult. Drive thru is easily accessible from entrance, staff are waiting with tablets to take your order. Friendly and knowledgeable about all items on MENU. I never thought I would leave a review for Chick Fil A but here I am! I go to the Novato location often and while everyone working there is always kind and welcoming, JB went above and beyond! He was so kind, witty, and friendly making the drive through experience great. I wanted to share my experience so he gets the credit he deserves. Overall, the location is always fast and efficient and the staff are all very friendly.
