Order a delivery then learned that the recipient would not be at work. I called, spoke with a staff person, and worked out that I would pick up the order instead. Today I got notification that the order was delivered. I called Crumbl and was told that there was nothing they could do. Not offered a refund. Not even offered the original cookies to pick up! $50 for nothing!
