Went in about 6am, no other customers yet, the one lady that was working was mean, and impolite. No reply to me saying goodmoring, or anything ,including my order. Never going back to such a miserable place again.
Fast service, great food and drinks. Definitely get the scuffins. Free wifi, lots of seating options : two rooms inside, lots of tables out front and out back. Truly a great local spot. There's convenient street parking and a free lot across the street, behind the facing businesses.

My complaint is not towards the coffee or food, that’s was a 8/10, my issue was the service I got laughed at on my own face, I am not a big coffee drinker but when I have one, my go to place will always be Starbucks because of the drive thru, very convenient whatsoever I had always wanted to try this place and for the Halloween trick or treating in downtown Novato I walked by there and we decided to get coffee, I don’t know coffees names, but I never thought that someone will laugh in my face for a mistake anybody could made, my mistake was ordering a “Misto” instead of a “Café Au Lait”. They’re both the same thing, different name. The lady that ringed me up for it corrected me and told me the correct name, but when they handed me the drink that others Lady coment was “Medium Misto, Café Au Lait or whatever you called it” turned back and starting laughing with the coworker when I reached the counter to get my drink. I felt so embarrassed but my family was with me, my kids were with me, there was families around, was I gonna make a show in front of everybody and embarrass myself even more, of course not. I left but I still haven’t get over it.
My advice, Google the name of your drink before ordering because they do make you feel stupid here!

Great locally-owned coffee shop. The also sell smoothies, scuffins (think scone-muffin combo), breakfast burritos, sandwiches, etc. Large, shaded patio out back. It's open until 5 PM most days, which is nice. Decent prices too.

Great little coffee shop in Novato for breakfast and a expresso. The Lemon poppy seed muffin was pretty dense and heavy. Burrito was as expected but the salsa was great. Definitely will return when I have my meetings in Rohnert Park.

Great little back patio to sit and drink/eat.
The person who served me was a bit brusque/impatient, so I rushed my order to something simple.

First time here - I ordered an iced chai, mixed (sweet and spicy). It was pretty good, a concentrate, I imagine. I also got the falafel wrap, which was simple yet delightful ? happy with my choices. I'll be back!
