Mantra Wines is a great addition to Novato. The wines are just wonderful, the lables are so fun. The space is an old bank with little alcoves for folks to gather in groups. Decor is done right and is an attraction itself. The seating is comfortable and they have music weekly. Definitely a must for us on a regular basis.
While it's true that I wouldn't leave the comforts of my (Ross Valley) home to go get a glass of wine at Mantra it's equally true that their offering is quite enticing if you're in the area. And if they have a live band, as they do quite frequently? Okay, I'll leave my home and head north. Mantra Wines is a great place to experience live music. We love to come here to relax with a beautiful pink bubbly. I brought my step mom with me one afternoon, and the wait person was so much fun! He joked with us, brought us a beautiful charcuterie board, and told us a few stories about the bar and its patrons. We had a lovely visit, and my step mom was very impressed, which was important. We've been back many times, and we love their wines.
