We visited on a Friday morning for brunch with our young kids. Despite it being a weekday, the place was quite lively. We ordered French toast, vegetarian benedicts, and waffles with fruit—everything was delicious and of great quality. The staff was friendly and attentive. There are two seating options, and we chose to sit outside. The spot has a charming, rustic, and old-world vibe. We would definitely return.

Food is excellent, portions are huge, and the staff is wonderful!! If you are in the Novato area, you owe it to yourselves to try it!! We are from Nebraska, and my wife did a Google search for a place for breakfast! We tried it, and have been back 3 times!! You won't be dissapointed!!

Split whatever you order or be prepared to take half home! My wife ordered the heuvos rancheros; She said, "the absolute best I ever had." I ordered the corned beef hash breakfast with eggs over easy. The eggs were perfectly runny the way I like them. The hash was just like my bubby would have made it. The owner/cook uses avocado and olive oil for most dishes. Very thoughtful about his regulars' health and wellness.

Regularly go here for breakfast with coworkers. We're fans of their Benedicts with the spicy Hollandaise sauce (it's not too spicy; very doable even for someone like me). My favorites are the corned beef Benedict and the mushroom avocado bacon Benedict. Good country potatoes, though the hash browns are also good. Nice hometown diner atmosphere; it can get a little crowded but I interpret it as part of that "small diner" ambiance.

Very surprised by all of the good reviews. We ordered a waffle, corned beef benedict, and a biscuit. The waffle was horrible (truly, it had a very rancid taste), the benedict was super bland, and the biscuit was nothing special but decent. Service was quite bad, our server was initially friendly but after she took our order she never came back to check in, and it took over 45 minutes for our food to come out. Fresh squeezed OJ was delicious but I wouldn’t go here again - that rotten waffle was ?

The food is very good, what I didn't like is the treatment of the waitress, it seems that because we are Latin it made them uncomfortable serving us. Also, before finishing my food, they took my bill when my intention was to order more food. Because of the treatment they gave me, I would definitely not return, a smile is always the welcoming face of the business.
