MOD offers TWO gluten- friendly Crusts and non-dairy cheese, important to many families. The pizzas are very good; the workers friendly. I loved seeing a big table full of social, but still courteous teens there. OH, and did I mention drinks are dispensed over CRUSHED ICE???

The last time I went the place was pretty much empty, although it was late in the evening so it's hard for me to give it a five-star for atmosphere but the place was well-lit and clean.The people providing service were happy easy to deal with polite and the pizza was pretty darn good.You can pretty much put as many toppings as you want on a pizza and it's basically the same price.Overall 5 star.

Disappointed with my recent visit to at this location.Walked in at 7:55 PM to an empty store, but the staff seemed too caught up in their own conversation to notice or help me. Waited almost an hour for my order, which I had to flag someone down to even start. No apologies for the delay, and to top it off, two out of three pizzas were wrong. Not the first time I've had issues here, but it’s reached a point where I felt I needed to share. Hope the management takes note and improves their service. ?? #CustomerService #PizzaPlaceReview"

It's supposed to be a fast food, I live 10 minutes away from the restaurant I got there no customers there not even a fly there. 4 employees one of them told me i will be ready in two minutes the guys are working on it. I saw this two guys working for a small salad, they were having a nice conversation not minding that the customer is there waiting for the food, then one of them pulls his phone from his pocket start looking at something then both seem to have a little problem with the dressing. Now you can imagine how frustrated I was so i ask them why it was taking so long for a small salad when this is a fast food restaurant, drove 10 minutes from my home and them waited another 10 minutes. They gave me the excuse that one of them was on training (if that's how you train your employees it's really sad.) not coming back there are many places where you can buy a salad, Nick the Greek is one of them great service and wonderful salad.

I would give a zero if I could. I ordered a pizza for delivery via their website. I got a text notice from door dash that it was on its way. I assumed Mod Pizza contracted with Door Dash. Then, I got a cancellation from DoorDash. I also got an email from Mod Pizza that my order was cancelled and to call the number of the store for details. Well, the guy who answered said they never got my order. Then he said they got it. I tried explaining that I paid for it online and it was being delivered by DoorDash. He said they don't do delivery. He said to call my bank or call DoorDash. I said ModPizza is the one who took my money. We hung up and then he called back. Said my pizza WAS made and that someone picked it up. Their job was done. He had the receipt. I said I never got it. He was so rude and dismissive, insisting they don't deliver. As I was trying to explain, again, that they took my money and I never got the pizza, he hung up on me. Obviously, I'm not the only one who has experienced extreme rudeness and a complete lack of customer service here. My advice, find somewhere else to get pizza. These people don't care and would probably be happy if they had no customers.
