The reason I don’t go to Panera in Novato anymore is that every single time I went to their bathroom was beyond dirty and disgusting!! as a restaurant where they have many customers they shouldn’t just leave the bathroom area like that!wonder if the cooking area was the same!

I never leave reviews, but my lunch was so delicious, I had to post about it!My new go to for lunch, I had a half turkey sandwich and caesar salad, both were so incredibly tasty, i wish I had leftovers! Very kind staff and great location!

This location has a different flare from other Panera locations I have been.I liked the fact it is kid friendly providing kid's books.So my grandkids loved their Mac and cheese while I enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich.Busy place and loved that open dining area which had a spread out seatings from tables / chairs to benched seating.

We ordered a salad and a sandwichThey were efficient, price point wise very reasonable compared to a lot of restaurants these days .I do miss baby greens in my salads .I had a summer salad with Romain, lettuce and lots of fruit. It was very refreshing. If you like people watching, there was lots of them around to watch while you're eating .I didn't get any baked goods this time, but I know they're quite yummy from past visits .

Stopped here to grab dinner for the family before heading home after an appointment in Novato. Ordered food to go and the cashier must have forgotten to put "to go". The kitchen plated everything and I had to ask them to make it to go. The two women gave me death stares (like I had intentionally ruined their day) and dumped it all in to go containers. When I got home, the tomato soup had all the mushy croutons left in it from when they served it as dine in. Quite gross to have to fish out mushy bread that soaked up half the soup. I ended up not even eating it after digging all the mush out. It seemed like they intentionally just slopped it all in there to punish me, rather than dish up a new bowl to go. The cashier was apologetic but the kitchen gals still acted like I was at fault.
