No idea how this place has good reviews. Staff aren’t “unfriendly”, they're indifferent. One person at the register completely ignored us. The person that took the order put the wrong name on the drinks. Tables and floor were visibly dirty. General atmosphere was that of quiet disdain you’re forced to endure as there is no drive thru.

Specifically the management at this location does not have any respect for disabled people. They messed up my order. I told her (the manager who answered) that I was unable to get back in the store due to my disability, I have extreme trouble walking. I called and asked the manager If someone could bring the correct order right outside to me. Less than 20 feet away. She refused, so I asked if she could give me a refund over the phone. She refused that as well and rudely told me that in both cases I should come in the store, completely disregarding my disability. I called corporate, and they explained that this is not how they want their customers to be treated and refunded me promptly for my incorrect order. Thank you corporate.

This Starbucks has lost its warmth. The staff is great, but that warm feeling you have in most staff you don't feel here anymore. Several years ago, they removed a large wooden table and remodeled it. I can't say I like what they've done.

How does an order that was placed after me and no it wasn't a mobile order come up first? You need more than 3 people working on Wednesdays after 12 when you're running a 50% off promotion!

The inconsistency in drink making is growing very frustrating for me. Today I ordered a vanilla latte but no vanilla or very little. By the time you leave get back in your car and discover the lack of vanilla flavor, I'm too far away to go back to correct it. The problem I have is sometimes it's perfect, yesterday was, today not perfect. I guess my advice to myself and anyone reading, taste before you leave.
