We stopped off here on the way back to San Francisco after visiting Yosemite on a bus tour. It wasn’t very busy but we were kept waiting over 20 minutes for our order. After explaining that we had to be back on the bus in a few minutes time & questioning why it was taking so long to fulfil our order, when it seemed that drive thru were getting their orders ok, the person I assume was in charge, took my order receipt & hurriedly rammed the items in a bag. Usually come here for floats after school with the kids. My son doesn’t like root beer and we sub for a Sierra Mist float. Today we were told that the sub can’t be done and I was wrong to ever get one there. I said you can’t just put a different soda in? They said they weren’t allowed to. Seemed strange that before it was possible but not anymore. Also just like others say, you order drive through but have to wait out front to get your food.
