Based on six reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a hometown friendly location with a great staff, though some feel the service has changed and is now no better than McDonalds, with a wait forever to order and an inability to make 20% of the menu. The drive thru is a terrible idea for such a small lot, as the parking lot design is very stupid and jams easily, yet the staff are quick and quality does not go down even when busy. Despite the small lot, there is a nice little outdoor area. Many visitors were impressed by how the young people hustled and worked well together during incredibly busy times, moving the drive thru line through impossibly fast. The window server was super friendly while being super efficient. One guest enjoyed a perfect drink made by Taylor, and was helped by Moe, who was kind and knowledgeable, and David, who helped pick the perfect tumbler. New management was the right choice, showing through wonderful smiles and a wonderful team, making for a great experience.
