Super sad that a favorite is closing. 5 break-ins in a year + a 50% rent increase. Can’t blame them. Delicious beer. Quality folks. Great atmosphere. Pinball. If there was any way to keep this going I would be all in.

sad to say Ale Industries is closing ? come in before the taps and cans are gone forever

sad to say Ale Industries is closing... so much history is going away ............ special brews available on tap or in cans.

A nice quiet spot for enjoying a pint of delicious local beer. The brewery is also doing their part for the environment by using bioenergy to fuel their brewing operation. Bummer that the state of affairs in Oakland is forcing them to close and unfortunately that also meant no food options other than chips. The bartender was super friendly and explained the local art that was on display to us. I appreciated them brewing the variety of Town Beers that would benefit local charities. I hope they are able to find a good home for their barn cats. I'm looking forward to trying the 4-packs I took home!

Had a wonderful time this past Saturday tasting all the fantastic beers at Ale Industries. This brewery has been on my to visit list for 3 years now, and yup, I've been missing out! The woman pouring us beers was so welcoming and happy to let us try small tastes of several beers. Their cherry sour beer is probably one of the best sours I've ever had. I also loved both the flavors of kolsch they are pouring. The space is huge and I'm truly sad to see them go! Final few days, go check them out if you have a chance!

delicious beer - well-informed staff.. can't believe its closing because of the crime. my favorite beer - the east bay ipa - worth trying to find a pack before it's all gone.

I'm a huge fan of this place. Awesome staff, super cool set up, dawg friendly, and pinball!I'm not a beer fan, but was thrilled that they had a tasty crisp cider that suited me just fine. ?

"Brewery Oasis in Oakland"Wow what a well-kept secret! I generally go to a brewery in San Leandro, but today I came out here to check out this place. Boy am I glad I did! The bartender, Junior, is super friendly and helpful. This location is one of the sites for Harvest Host, an app for for RVers. I had wonderful conversations wirh people from Australia as well as other parts of the country. What a great visit! They have a good selection of beers at reasonable prices. Today I ordered the Town Beer Kolsch--a light, traditional beer. Just what the doctor ordered. There is easy parking out front or just across the street. If you walk around the corner, you can get some Mexican food from Guadalajaras. You can bring the food back into this tap room.So overall, a wonderful place to visit. I intend to come here often. Nice people, good beer, great conversation. What more could you want?

Street parking only. Cozy atmosphere with lots of beers on tap. Love the Arcade games here. Staff are friendly. Dog friendly place. No food is being served here, so bring your own food. Snacks are available for purchase. There were no porters or stouts here.
