Just ordered pizza directly from the restaurant’s website - it arrived completely cold. Domino’s would have been better. It’s totally obscene how much we spent for COLD PIZZA!!!

Had east coast white clam pizza. I requested crispy crust that’s well blistered and burnt in places. Came exactly as I requested. Unfortunately, dough was way over salted!! I won’t order again, unless they offer a much less salty crust!

I ordered some pasta, salad, and meatballs through door dash. When I took a bite of the meatball, I felt a hair, pulled it out of my mouth, and realized it was still attached to the meatball. A very long straight hair (my hair is curly curly, so it was definitely not mine)
This was super disappointing and straight up disgusting.

I called to ask about ingredients before ordering. The person I spoke to actually called me back to correct the info they gave me! The food is good, nothing exceptional but good enough. The customer service is absolutely outstanding! Give that employee a raise! Will definitely order again just because of this attention to detail!

I ordered takeout without realizing this was a ghost kitchen. They put the pizza on its side in a locker for pickup, which resulted in the toppings on half the pizza sliding off. For a $40 pizza, I expected better.

We ordered delivery and the pizza came cold and soggy. The thin crust was half mush and then half had a harder crust. The spicy wings were terribly dry.
