Aroma Cafe

I came in one afternoon on my lunch walk to grab a cup of coffee. Loved that they had oatmilk as an option. I was greeted as I peeked through the outside to look at the menu. I was greeted again when walking in. Small talk with the cashier. Super friendly staff here.

For $16.10 I got a turkey club, a bag of chips, a bottle of apple juice, and a chocolate chip cookie (April 2022). Less than 5 minutes in and out, but still enough time for a chat, a laugh, and a peek at a dog photo with the people behind the counter.The turkey club is good, but if you’re expecting a triple-decker sandwich cut into fours with toothpicks and crispy bacon, this is not that kind of club. Aroma Cafe definitely fits a niche roll in its location, most likely being the go to spot for the Kaiser building across the way. In fact, it does have more of an office building cafe vibe than a standalone one. And full transparency - I have never actually gotten a salad or sandwich from this spot, even though the menu looks great. They are in between an Ike's and The Lunch Box which I prefer.
