Coffee and food were unbelievably mediocre. The chai shouldn’t even be on the menu. It’s a singular tea bag with milk. Literally tastes solely like water and milk. Had them make a mocha instead, coffee was burnt. Vietnamese coffee was also terrible and had a line of unmixable condensed milk on the bottom. I also ordered two sandwiches which were terrible. The quality is poor and this is some of the saddest coffee I’ve had in Oakland. Definitely needs some major improvements.

Went it and the barista didn’t come out for 5 mins and told me to enter my order into an iPad. I mistakenly selected the cash option instead of card and he reprimanded me for it. Just walked straight out.
