Not offering a single vegetarian salad is like a biergarten only offering non-alcoholic beers ?

We had another GREAT brunch at Belcampo - girlfriends!!! It was a perfect day to sit outside, relax and enjoy some great company and a tasty meal! Server was very nice and helpful. All around another great visit.

Food was generally good, though one steak was and one was definitely not cooked as requested. Generous tip was built into the tab as a part of touchless service, but the overall result was that service actually felt very impersonal and was not impressively attentive or straightforward: everything has to be done through the app, much less convenient while eating than simply requesting service or additional food / drink from staff directly. Noise level was high but not insanely high. Overall, pretty solid, but some clear room for improvement in accuracy and attentiveness.

This place is great, the food, the ambience, and the service. I most of all like that they have a menu that is custom us keto dieters. My husband is not keto and he really loved the food too. Of course, they have other delicious non-keto options but since I am doing keto, it's hard finding a restaurant that caters to my diet. I will definitely be back!

The food and drinks were very pricey for what it was. My husband did not like the Keto burger and its a little hard to make a burger not taste good. The rest of the food was very good- just pricey for what it was. I would still recommend based on the outdoor dining, location in JLS and overall cleanliness and ambiance. The online food ordering through the App was the most frustrating part for us. It's a little clunky. Food came out quickly and the wait staff was knowledgeable and nice.

The service is excellent and the food and drink are amazing. It is a great location and the interior and exterior seating areas are great. The only slightly negative part was (I think) COVID related: when you sit down, you use your phone to order and pay for food upfront, including a 20% tip automatically included. I realize we are in a pandemic but do miss the interaction with wait staff re suggestions, etc.

If I could give this restaurant six stars I would. Everything was great and the service was Above and beyond. I feel like I need to call them so I can give more if a tip. Thank you belcampo, you made my birthday perfect.

The patio dining was so nice and having the heaters really helped. The view was great, music was good and at just the right volume. We were gifted campaign to celebrate our wedding anniversary and even though ordering and paying were done via QR code it very much felt like a "normal" dining experience. Our server Chris was also AMAZING!!!

The ordering system using your phone an a QR code was a great way to have good service with limited contact. Even after the pandemic ends, this system would be great to keep. It was great to be outside in the patio dining area enjoying the weather and the Jack London Square atmosphere. Food may have been a bit pricy but everything was delicious (Belcampo burger with Fat Fries!). Perfect date night dinner with my wife.

The app-based menu and ordering are not what you expect for a restaurant with these prices where one is dining in. A friend had difficulty with the app and was very frustrated. Heck, if you didn't keep a tab open, you could not order a drink later unless you went through the whole process of ordering on your phone. I would recommend paper menus if requested, and real restaurant service, i.e. a wait person taking menu orders. It is an restaurant after all, and not take out.

The food is ok, but certainly overpriced and not anything special. There are no longer waiters taking your order, you do everything on your phone, add cc, etc. the location is lovely, right on the water.

Geat location and the service was excellent. I think the food is way overpriced and not well presented. And I do not like the "contactless" menu idea. My lunch partner and I could not get this to work and so the server had to resort to writing our order in a notebook. Part of the pleasure of dining is to get a menu and take it all in. Who wants to squint at a cell phone? Not for me I won't be back.

Their app and their wait completely botched our order and only offered us a couple of drinks, which we didn't want. They should have comped us the two meals that took 3 tries and 90 mins. to arrive at our table completely cold.

First the food: Only ordered three items: Pork Chop (outstanding ... despite the rest of the meal would come back for this item!) ... Fat Fries (very disappointing ... soggy and lacking the anticipated rich flavor, especially at $10 for an order of fries) ... Arnold Palmer (Tasty but HATE that for $4 you get a skinny bar glass with mostly ice and enough actual liquid for a few good swallows) ... and while I understand the new "touchless QR code" menu at a lot of places, the lack of any personal attention -(other than the bus person who refilled the water and was extremely pleasant) including someone to really discuss the menu options - made me feel as if I might as well have been dining at a cafeteria ... having someone even come by once in a while to see if I needed anything else or was everything satisfactory would have at least made it a more "human" dining experience. Anyway, just my opinion on the type of service ... certainly I'm sure others would love being totally left alone ... to each his or her own, I would venture.

Excellent food, great service, just be warned of splurge prices. A quirk of the restaurant is that you have a food runner but no waiter per se - you order and pay online. I'm a fan of this, but not everyone is. Also one of the quirks of the location is the trains blasting their horns going by - not the fault of the restaurant, but something to consider.
