Spent $60+ dollars on a birthday cake, this is what I ordered and this is what I got 🥲 The cake itself was good but the decorative quality was not worth the price I paid. Wouldn’t recommend a cake with writing or customizations on top 🥲

It appears that all of their ice creams have melted and then been refrozen. We ordered four different kinds of ice cream and every one of them was gritty. Whoever owns this store needs to do some quality control.
Sure, I was not able to understand how to reply to your request so here are the flavors we had today Coffee, coffee, buzz, buzz buzz, vanilla, peanut butter, chocolate, peanut butter, chunk, butter, pecan. All of them were weird and gritty, as though they had melted and then been refrozen.

Very condensed staff. I was trying to explain what I wanted to order (English is my second language and the salesperson didn't seem to understand what I needed). She laughed in my face and embarrassed me instead of helping me. I'll never come here again. It's a real shame. Your staff needs diversity awareness and better customer service.
I felt extremely uncomfortable and so ridiculed because of my accent.
You really need to train the young lady that was working today during the night shift so it doesn’t happen to anyone again.

Great customer experience working with our local Ben & Jerry’s ice cream store located at Jack London Square in Oakland CA. As part of a surprise Baby Shower for a co-worker we ordered her favorite ice cream in mini-cups for all the guests. It was a wonderful event and all went well. I went here a few times. I like the mint ice cream. It's a cool spot. The only drawback is that they don't have tables where you can sit. But besides that I do like their ice cream
