Dora was so easy to work with and gave me the layout of how their vendor services work. She sent me over a few different quotes and made the process smooth, easy and stress- free. Do not like the fact that frozen yogurt leads you to here. They do not have a frozen yogurt, nor a single i stance in any of their flavors that have toffee. All of their flavors are very limited and make selecting interesting things difficult- maybe increasing toppings options could help with this issue.

Ive tried to order dairy free strawberry cheesecake from this location at least 4 times. Every time they tell me its out and to choose another flavor. The fourth time it happened I got snippy and said they must not stock it and to take it off the menu if they don't intend to stock it. The guy told me the flavor was discontinued, I told him if that's thr case they should take it off their menu and the guy hung up on me. I googled it and it's not discontinued either. Either way, this store does not accurately reflect their menu and tend toward lying to try to cover their mistake and then hang up on people when they get called out. 🙄
Eta: another reviewer said their ice cream seemed to be thawed and refrozen, I had that issue on one of my prepacked pints on a previous order. This store is obviously low quality. Wish I read the reviews myself before ordering.

Disappointed this time. Ice cream wasn’t cold or firm, scoop sizes were inconsistent, and the tiny sample meant my 4-year-old didn’t realize the vanilla had black specks — so he didn’t eat it. $34 for 4 small scoops is crazy! The place wasn’t clean, had a stale smell, and even the water came in a tiny cup. Definitely not the same quality as before.

I rarely give one star reviews. We ordered 3 ice creams, the poor server who was obviously instructed to serve mediocre portions gave us the skimpiest servings of ice creams I have ever seen. I looked at the bottom scoop and the top scoop, the top scoop on two of our ice creams was half of a normal size scoop. I asked for the other half of my top scoop and the woman said they were proper sized and she lifted up the scoop to “prove” it. I didn’t feel like arguing and my family just agreed we wouldn’t return. Compared to Salt and Straw where they allow you to sample as many flavors as you like before making a selection and the ice cream scoops are seriously huge. When I go to Salt and Straw I only order one scoop because it’s sooooo much ice cream. And it’s delicious. Anyway, I wish I had taken pictures of these tiny scoops, really shameful example of a Ben and Jerry’s who usually offers great customer service. Skip this one if you care about customer service. Also we visited on a Saturday midday and there was only a single family in like behind us so they had plenty of time to make the correction. They just don’t care about their customers.

Spent $60+ dollars on a birthday cake, this is what I ordered and this is what I got 🥲 The cake itself was good but the decorative quality was not worth the price I paid. Wouldn’t recommend a cake with writing or customizations on top 🥲

It appears that all of their ice creams have melted and then been refrozen. We ordered four different kinds of ice cream and every one of them was gritty. Whoever owns this store needs to do some quality control.
Sure, I was not able to understand how to reply to your request so here are the flavors we had today Coffee, coffee, buzz, buzz buzz, vanilla, peanut butter, chocolate, peanut butter, chunk, butter, pecan. All of them were weird and gritty, as though they had melted and then been refrozen.
