Very condensed staff. I was trying to explain what I wanted to order (English is my second language and the salesperson didn't seem to understand what I needed). She laughed in my face and embarrassed me instead of helping me. I'll never come here again. It's a real shame. Your staff needs diversity awareness and better customer service.
I felt extremely uncomfortable and so ridiculed because of my accent.
You really need to train the young lady that was working today during the night shift so it doesn’t happen to anyone again.

Great customer experience working with our local Ben & Jerry’s ice cream store located at Jack London Square in Oakland CA. As part of a surprise Baby Shower for a co-worker we ordered her favorite ice cream in mini-cups for all the guests. It was a wonderful event and all went well.
