Chill atmosphere, good place to do some work, study, relax. Plenty of seating, I'm sure they get busy and with it full. Metered street parking is available, standard Oakland rates. Good coffee and food.

Definitely a place to get work done or have a quiet conversation. Not really a place to meet with a large group of people as it's more of a heads down get work done kind of atmosphere. The coffee itself was just OK - didn't really get hint of any spice in the Sanaa latte. The parking situation was good for Oakland on a weekend. Service was just OK.

The pistachio Baklava was so good. We ordered for dinning in but they gave us to go containner for some reasons. The crispiness and the sweetness of the sauce were perfect. My matcha latte was okay too. They have many areas to sit down like tall tables and sofa. They also have some areas those have electrical sockets to charge your devices. And I love the musics they play inside too.

Service was fast and atmosphere was good (this used to be big house beans which I loved) and a lot of the menu has stayed the same but now with a Yemeni style of drinks and food which I really enjoy.

I ordered the Spanish latte and it came out unfortunately nearly pure white. I took a sip and it did taste like pure milk - needed 1-2 more shots which I added later at home since espresso there was $4.10. I also got the chicken fatayer (super good and tasty) and the cheese croissant - the filling tasted like salt cheese crumble. It isn’t cheesy inside as I imagined, and the filling is not very good.

This is a lovely café on Telegraph at about 47th. Great selection of hot and cold beverages, desserts, and other food. Beautiful decor and ample, comfortable seating.

People come here to work on their laptop. Period. I had a meeting, great place to focus. The coffees are strong and yummy. I ordered the Mofawra (cardamom), it’s definitely very spiced. Feta pie is great though small. The turkey panini is super greasy.

Great location and atmosphere. Parking can be a little challenging. Good coffee. Was there for a meeting so didn't get to indulge. But and that is a big but, I plan to return and indulge. Highly recommend. Great place to meet or study.

Service was slow as they only had 1 person working on a Saturday morning. The Yemeni flavors are interesting but it compensates for the uninteresting coffee brew. Come for the Yemeni coffee drinks, the coffee itself is pretty average

Love the Sanaa in downtown Oakland! This location is hit or miss. Slow service on a Sunday, kept people waiting to order. Employees look like they are taking their sweet time.

$7 Pistachio latte had no pistachio flavor, just paid a lot for a cup of warm milk.

The main positive of this location is the availability of seating so you can stay and read or work for a bit.
