Simply my favorite coffee. Nice modern industrial interior. I get their Hayes Valley beans for home brewing, the best!

Coffee is great, but why do the staff lady grt annoyed when I didn’t leave a tip? She let out a big sigh. Apologies I didn’t tip after buying an $8 coffee (forgive me for splurging on myself with nearly half of what I make hourly🫠🫠)

Great as all blue bottles are! Got great tasting latte with a clean and crisp latte art. Also was able to connect to the internet to get some emails done.
Bathroom was clean but had to go thru 2 sets of doors with different door codes but accessible.
Only downside is that there is no power outlet to charge your laptop if it drains down to zero! To be honest smart on them as that will force you to leave after a while instead of mooching on their internet for the whole day on just one coffee 😅
I was forced to leave as my laptop ran out of juice so it works.

The atmosphere of Blue Bottle Coffee. It is a walkable distance from the 12th Street BART station.
The Bay Breakfast sandwich and the coffee were very filling. I enjoyed the dripping sauce on the sandwich. This is a great place for getting premium coffee if you don’t regularly visit coffee shops.
The service was very quick and professional. The place is very quiet and has tables for people to do some work.
I really like the interior of the building. There is a great view of a street.

Bad service with one of the coworker.Some other coworker even the customer just ask for a water she still smile at him.But the coworker I met today with poker face and bad attitude. I been there all the time.This is the first time I feel really bad.Next time if I see her again I will tell her if you don’t like me.Let me know I can wait for some else. Cuz she just really nice with the customer in front of me. Even she gave me my drinks and with her cold shoulder as well.

Frequently closes early without warning
I've been a Blue Bottle Coffee customer for over 15 years and I will never give them another dime after my two experiences with their online subscription. During the fist month, I was double shipped and double billed. I emailed customer service and was told I placed two orders and a refund couldn't be issued. This was false. In the second month my shipment was shipped twelve days after the date I selected (this defeats the purpose of a monthly coffee subscription). Again, I emailed customer service and was told the order was late due to "unprecedented holiday order volume". Again, the same comment - this defeats the actual purpose of a subscription. The customer service agent offered no solution and said the order would ship as soon as possible. He even refused to cancel the order. Blue Bottle - you should stick to slinging coffee at brick and mortar stores. You're not cut out for Ecommerce.

These baristas will chat away and take 20 mins to make your drink and close an entire hour early for no reason. Honestly last time I’ll be going to blue bottle because no one wants to pay for a $10 latte that takes 20 mins to make or to show up to pick up an order and they’re closed an entire hour early. Do better

Delicious coffee and tea. I like mine black or Louisiana style please Horrible customer service though. An arrogant and entitled young man working the register on 9/28/2024 at 12:02 was rude and he encouraged me to not spend money here. So I won't. I have been a loyal customer many years. Please do something about this guy or my family and I will not be back. I took a picture if you're interested because he refused to give me his name.

Sweet Oat Latte iced was perfect!
I recently reached out to this company to confirm whether their products were truly organic, expecting some transparency and proof of certification. To my disappointment, they couldn't provide any organic certification whatsoever. It seems like they’re just slapping the “organic” label without backing it up with any real proof. Misleading customers like this is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of integrity. If you care about genuinely organic products, steer clear of this company.

I went on a weekday .The area this coffee shop is in is beautiful. The space is clean . I had the iced latte which was delicious. I could sit and relax.
