I usually love eating at Boston market. Today I got one whole chicken, and 3 sides. Chicken was not cooked well. Rice was hard and dry, and sweet potatoes was watery.

I have eaten at this Boston Market for over 10 years and I am just now writing a review about it. They have expanded and changed the core menu quite a bit over that period of time and 99% of the time, the food quality, texture, flavor and temperature is exactly what you can expect every time, all the time. My favorites are the 'market bowl' and custom sandwiches that Efrain skillfully makes endlessly. Yum!

Waited in line for 20 mins for them to tell me they have no more chicken that is crazy I really waited all that time to be able to not get the food I wanted this is unacceptable. All I wanted is my last 4 piece dark of 2021. This location is pathetic seriously Broadway would never.

Thanks to manny and efrain! Very good and fast service! Food is really good and restaurant really clean! Helped with our order and the restaurant was crowded and they were extremely friendly. Definitely would recommend to friends/family.

If you want down home, Sunday dinner eating, this is the Boston Market you want to patronize. Food and service is always good here. I live in Patterson, Ca and love stopping by this Boston Market for a perfect meal. All Boston Market’s are nice, but for me this is the best, up and down California. Superior customer service also, it gets no better than that.
Had the half chicken, veggies and Mac cheese. Chicken was ok but veggies very soggy and Mac was just off. It felt like drinking noodle soup.

A pleasant surprise! I haven't eaten at Boston Market for at least 15 years. I came in during my lunch hour with co-workers and I didn't really know what to expect. The menu was very easy to read with descriptions. The cashier was also helpful in guiding me on which meal to choose. I ended up picking the Rotisserie Chicken (Signature style) which comes with 2 sides - I picked the potato wedges and the side Cesar salad. The meal also comes with corn bread. The chicken was so good, not dry at all! I couldn't stop eating it. The corn bread was a bit too sweet for me, but my friends really enjoyed it. The potato wedges were perfectly cooked, but I felt it wasn't seasoned enough. I was surprised to see how large of a side the Cesar salad was - it looked like a meal all on its own! The salad was fresh and delicious. In terms of dining, there is plenty of indoor seating and a few tables outside. We ate inside, which I felt comfortable with because all of the tables were spread apart - the restaurant is pretty spacious. Overall, I would come back again. All of this food for under $12 is a great deal, and now I'm in a food coma!

I ordered ahead via Yelp. The order was ready when I arrived but there were a lot of mistakes. There was only two out of three orders in the bag. There was white meat when I ordered all dark meat for all three orders. One order was even short a piece of chicken. One order did not have the cornbread. It was a mess. I will not come back to this location again.
