When I went here I was really excited to see the robot make my drink. The human attendant was very friendly and helpful, and I wish him all the best with the business. But essentially, the robot's purpose was to hold a cup in front of one of those machines that just makes you a sub-par latte. I’ve been knowing that Robot can make coffee and drinks but have never seen it in action. This robot bar just has that. A robot making coffee for me. The drink is pretty good and I think it would catch a lot of young people.
Based solely on the experience of purchasing an espresso, the service went well as intended with any type of service from a traditional cafe. While the espresso itself is up to the standard where it doesn’t shine by itself (judging only on my own intuition as someone who casually consumes coffee), the gimmick more than makes up for it in a time where such thing is yet to be the norm or at least be less uncommon.
