This review feels a bit different from my last one. You know, this restaurant popped up in one of my absolute favorite brunch spots, Aunt Mary’s, which sadly closed down during the pandemic. So, when it opened, I was super hopeful, especially since the previous owner mentioned they’d found a restaurant to take their place. Sadly, I tried it back in late March 2025, and I wasn’t a fan. We had the Family Dinner with the wine pairing and were completely blown away by every dish and wine. The sommelier chatted with us a lot and we were very impressed by his unique selections. Service was excellent, the decor is all thoughtfully selected, vibes are amazing. Everything about this place is special.

The food at Burdell is truly something special. Each dish is beautifully and thoughtfully prepared, each one more stunning than the next. From the kind staff to the cozy interior, there is everything to love. I will be dreaming about the cornbread. Thank you for a lovely dinner.
