It's a long list of complaints. I ll add one: these workers here earn the same $25/hr either you order online or at the counter. Can someone tell them that ? But they don't like it if you order online.Lesson learned : Make sure you order and come 45 minute later, because they will make you wait that long anyway. Your burger get cold ? Not their problem.

We got a small meal and a medium meal and a medium meal is basically the same size as a small and they charged us over $35 for two meals make it make sense. The medium drink is basically like an inch taller than a small drink. Not worth the price rude customer service don't come here.

I'm a 75 year old handicap woman went in to use a restroom I was told I can't use it not less I buy something! I told them I would when I came out of the restroom they would not let me until I purchased something to use a restroom. And all staff were laughing.
