Tijuana Restaurant offers a delightful selection of traditional Mexican dishes, including the popular Mariscada, which has maintained its authentic flavor over the years. The enchiladas are a standout, featuring a favorite verde sauce and a vegetarian-friendly option that substitutes refried beans for rice. The restaurant also provides an excellent traditional breakfast service, complemented by a charming atmosphere and lively music.
While there may be minor challenges with pricing and parking, the restaurant's exceptional customer service and high-quality food make it a hidden gem worth visiting. Customers praise the delicious Caldo de pollo, the homemade-style rice, and the polite and attentive waitstaff. Despite the restaurant's slightly dated appearance, the food is consistently praised, and the restaurant has become a beloved local favorite, especially for one customer who has been dining there since childhood.
