Service is very slow here and is also kind of uncomfortable with the homeless and drug addicts coming to your windows asking for money.. I wish they could all get the help they need.
The food is your average Burger King food. The service was good, although the drive-through person forgot an item from our order. We had to re-order. Also, the drive-through tends to be very busy at this establishment.
Best customer service in the Oakland area so far yet, glad for the new management and building look. glad they got rid of the old pple that worked there, they were hecka rude and slow
